We than add a lump sum charge of £99 + VAT per year for the nhs.net sync software. This syncs your desktop outlook mailbox, sent items, contacts and calendar. So an item sent from your Blackberry will appear in your Outlook sent items, an item placed into your Outlook contacts will appear in your Blackberry contacts, and so on.

500MB with BIS/WME: Subject to a fair usage policy of 500MB/month;
UK use only. BlackBerry device required for use of BIS software, WME
service works on selected devices (see bphub.yestelco.com for a list
of compatible handsets; all other devices benefit from 500MB
standard data).
Unlimited Calls to Landlines: Max call duration is 60mins. Continued
use after 60mins charged at standard rate (12.77ppm). Only
applicable to 01, 02 and 03 landline numbers (excluding Isle of Man
and Channel Islands, and all other types of calls). Fair usage
policy of 3,000mins/month applies.
Unlimited Text Messages: Fair usage policy of 3000 texts/month
applies. MMS not included..
Excessive or Abusive use of data and voice may lead us to request
users to moderate their usage and/or we reserve the right to charge
users for the excessive element of the usage at the standard rate
(data charged at £0.60/MB in the UK) and/or transfer the user to an
equivalent tariff.
• Unused voice minutes do not rollover to the following month.
• Out of bundle calls to other Vodafone mobiles, Voicemail &
National Numbers cost 12.77ppm.
• Vodafone Passport available: 64p connection charge for calls made
or received in Europe, 75p outside Europe (includes calls between
business mobiles). This charge is abolished between June1st and
August 31st 2009. Each call comes out of any inclusive minutes.

Telecom for details. Roamed Calls at Yes Telecom Vodafone World
Rates (contact Yes Telecom for details).
• Calls to other network: 500 min tariff charged at 34.04ppm, 750+
min tariffs charged at 29.79ppm.
• Out of bundle data usage charged at £0.60 per MB in the UK.
• Roaming Data Usage (without a Roaming bolt-on and out in excess of
Roaming Bolt-On allowances) is charged up to £4.25 (Europe) / £12.75
(RoW) from midnight to midnight GMT with 25MB allowance and at £4.25
(Europe)/£12.75 (RoW) per 25MB over the initial 25MB allowance. “Up
to” means the customer will pay £4.25 per MB in 1KB steps for the
first MB and then get 24MB’s for free in Europe and £4.25 per MB in
1KB steps for the first 3MB’s and then get 22MB for free in RoW.
• Roaming bolt-ons: Fair usage applies to, Out of bundle usage
charged as above. Once added to a contract, the roaming bolt-on will
remain active for the duration of the contract.
• Out of bundle UK Messaging: SMS @ 10p.
• MMS Picture @ 30.6p; Long Text @ 12.8p; MMS Video @ 51p; MMS
Postcard @ 30.6p
• Minimum call charge (outside your inclusive minutes) at 3p.
• Call returns via Voicemail are charged out of bundle at standard
mobile rate.
• UK International calls @ 12ppm to Europe/North America
